Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want the service to work for you. Here is how cancellations and refunds work.
Cancellation
You can cancel renewal at any time from your dashboard or account page. Cancelling stops future charges; your current period remains active until it expires.
Refunds
If the service materially fails to deliver and we cannot resolve it, contact us within 24 hours of purchase and we will review a refund in good faith. Because delivery begins immediately, partial-period refunds are at our discretion.
Crypto payments
Crypto transactions are final once confirmed on-chain. Where a refund is approved, it is issued to the originating wallet at the equivalent amount.
